Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As they continue to grow and reach new heights, they are in search of a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial well-being of the company. As an AI R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, training, fine-tuning, and evaluating large language models for various conversational AI applications. Your role will involve staying updated on the latest developments in LLMs, NLP, and generative AI, as well as proposing and implementing innovative methods to enhance model performance and reliability. Collaboration with product managers, software engineers, and UX designers will be essential to seamlessly integrate AI models into user-facing applications. Additionally, you will develop APIs, tools, and infrastructure for deploying models in production environments, establish evaluation metrics and benchmarks for conversational systems, and continuously monitor model performance for optimization based on user feedback and data-driven insights. Furthermore, you will play a key role in guiding and mentoring junior engineers in applied AI research, engineering best practices, and MLOps. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML R&D, with expertise in NLP and LLM technologies such as GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, and PaLM. Strong programming skills in Python, proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
