Job Overview:

AI Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AI Architectures:

  Develop and implement scalable, efficient AI models and systems to solve complex business challenges.

• Lead AI Strategy:

  Define AI strategies, architectures, and solutions for product innovation, aligning with business objectives and user needs.

• Collaborate Across Teams:

  Work with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and systems.

• Optimization & Scalability:

  Ensure AI systems are optimized for high performance, scalability, and real-time decision-making.

• Research & Development:

  Keep up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and best practices, experimenting with new techniques to advance the companys AI capabilities.

• Mentorship & Guidance:

  Provide mentorship to junior AI engineers and data scientists, driving a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Data & Model Governance:

  Ensure data used for AI models is clean, ethical, and compliant with industry regulations, such as data privacy and security standards.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Design robust testing and performance-monitoring frameworks to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of AI systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience:

  8+ years of experience in AI or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in an architecture/design role.

• Expertise:

  Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, reinforcement learning, and other AI techniques.

• Tools & Technologies:

  Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and data pipeline management tools (Apache Kafka, Apache Spark).

• Programming Languages:

  Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar languages. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

• Collaboration:

  Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Leadership:

  Proven ability to lead teams and projects, with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering AI solutions at scale.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with deploying AI systems in production environments.
• Understanding of ethical AI and bias reduction techniques.
• Familiarity with AI applications in specific industries such as healthcare, finance, retail, etc.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Robotics is a plus.
