Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to support data-driven decision-making and optimize business processes.
• Improve scalability, interpretability, and accuracy of ML models for enterprise-grade use cases.
• Integrate AI/ML models into low-code/no-code platforms to enable adoption by non-technical users.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define AI/ML use cases, assess feasibility, and deliver proof-of-concepts leading to production deployments.
• Implement bias detection, explainability, and ethical AI frameworks to ensure compliance and responsible AI adoption.
• Leverage emerging AI/ML, automation, and big data technologies to deliver innovative solutions such as chatbots, decision-support systems, and AI-driven automation.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Strong programming expertise in Python, R, and experience with ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, model deployment, CI/CD integration, and version control.
• Proven ability to design and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines in production environments.
• Practical experience in ethical AI practices, bias detection, and explainable AI methodologies.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving, and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred skill sets:

• Experience in AI-driven automation, conversational AI (chatbots), and decision support systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML development and deployment.
• Knowledge of AutoML frameworks and integration into enterprise applications.
• Exposure to public sector or enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
• Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption roadmaps.

Years of experience required:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering with 3+ years proven track record of designing and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines or leading AI-ML projects from ideation to production or building deep learning models using TensorFlow or similar frameworks.

Education qualification:

• Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, or related field) or Post-Graduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
