You will be tasked with integrating chatbot responses with the frontend, including structured cards and conversational replies. It will be crucial for you to continuously evaluate and improve the accuracy, relevance, and latency of the system. Collaboration with product, backend, and frontend teams for end-to-end delivery will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
