Position: Article Assistant (CA / CMA Trainee)
Location: RS Puram

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and disciplined CA / CMA Article Assistants to join our firm. The role offers practical training and exposure across accounting, auditing, taxation, cost management, and consultancy assignments. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing Chartered Accountancy or Cost & Management Accountancy to gain hands-on professional experience and meet their practical training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in statutory, tax, internal, and cost audits across industries.
• Support in preparation and filing of Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory returns.
• Assist in costing, budgeting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.
• Prepare and maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and ledgers using Tally/ERP/MS Excel.
• Perform financial statement preparation and compliance checks.
• Assist in cost records and cost audit documentation (for CMA trainees).
• Research and prepare working papers, reconciliations, and audit schedules.
• Coordinate with senior team members for client deliverables and advisory work.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, cost accounting rules, taxation, and corporate laws.

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing CA or CMA.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and costing fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
