Article Assistant/ Intern

As a CA Article Assistant at a top upcoming Virtual CFO firm in Maharashtra, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Be actively involved in Fractional/Virtual CFO advisory services. - Assist in statutory and internal audits across varied industries. - Advise clients on domestic and international tax matters. - Support end-to-end financial reporting activities of the firm. - Assist in drafting reports, working papers, and client deliverables. - Conduct research on financial, tax, and regulatory matters. - Assist in Corporate Legal matters. Qualifications required for this position include: - CA students who have cleared either or both groups of CA/CMA Inter. - Solid understanding of accounting and taxation. - Comfortable with MS Excel. - Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a professional yet friendly environment.
