We work closely with top artists, influencers, and brands to deliver impactful engagements across India and the US. Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Ambassador & Event Coordinator to manage weekly engagements with our brand ambassadors and celebrity partners. The role involves overseeing merchandise rollouts, coordinating domestic and international travel, and managing shoots, appearances, and live events. Key ResponsibilitiesAmbassador Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand ambassadors and celebrity partners. Manage weekly merchandise updates, approvals, and timely distribution. Travel & Logistics: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, ground transport) for ambassadors and event teams. Ensure smooth execution of Creative approvals, permits, and related travel documentation. Events & Shoots: Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, and promotional activities. Liaise with production crews, stylists, HMU teams, and venues. Assist in organizing live events, brand campaigns, and ambassador appearances. Project Management: Track weekly deliverables and deadlines for ambassadors. Prepare status reports and updates for management. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and contractual obligations. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, celebrity management, or brand ambassador programs. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high-profile personalities. Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and travel as needed. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
