This role is crucial for ensuring that all projects meet their defined scope, budget, and quality requirements. By providing guidance and support to team members, the Technical Project Manager helps foster a collaborative environment that drives project success and aligns with the organisations strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: To manage the overall delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards. T monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise. To prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. To ensure compliance with organisational policies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. To respond to the clients and stakeholders on the project risks or escalations and ensure to resolve the issues within in the given TAT. To assist or support the Delivery Head in preparing SOW, Project Budgets, Resource allocation and optimum utilization of resources assigned. To assist and extend the support to Pre-Sales team and Sales team in giving Technical Demonstration or POCs to clients. To be available to both the internal and external stakeholders on need basis and travel to client locations on demand basis. To provide coaching and support to team members to promote professional development and effective teamwork. To facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to enhance project outcomes. Requirements and Skills Bachelors degree in engineering with specialization in Computer Science or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in IT space with 6 years of experience in project management or delivery roles. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is preferred. Proactive and solution-oriented, with a keen ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Role & responsibilities :- Experience in one or more databases such as Oracle DB, SQL Server, Mysql, No SQL such as Mongo DB with strong skills on SQL and PL/SQL and Java. Candidates with prior ETL, ESB, API's, MDM, Java development experience will be given a strong preference. Prior experience with Talend will be highly preferred Experience with reporting and analytics tools is advantage. Experience of working in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud environments in an added advantage Lead level roles require good working experience in ETL design and architecture Should have participated in JAD sessions & any other design sessions with the clients Must be familiar & conversant with the usage of various tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SVN, GITHub etc. Must be familiar with practices like CD/CI, DevOPs etc. Preferred candidate profile , Attention to detail and quality; excellent problem solving and communication skills. Experience with business requirements collection, analysis, documentation, technical documentation, training users, project management & delivery Ability and willingness to learn new tools and applications. Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to business users and management. Must be good at preparing & presenting solutions internally as well as externally Onsite work experience is a plus Should be capable of monitoring & mentoring the team technically Should have a complete end-to-end implementation experience
