We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager capable of independently handling projects from scratch to handover , covering both Civil works and MEP services . The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in managing complete project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute full project cycle from planning to final handover. Oversee civil and MEP activities including design coordination, site execution, and compliance. Read, understand, and analyze BOQs, drawings, and technical documents. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Monitor project timelines, cost controls, and resource allocation. Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed on site. Resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project delivery. Prepare daily/weekly site reports and maintain project documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications 810 years of experience in Civil & MEP project management . Strong understanding of BOQs, drawings, specifications, and market rates. In-depth knowledge of civil works, MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, etc.). Excellent project planning, scheduling, and coordination skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to manage teams, suppliers, and subcontractors effectively. Should be a proactive team player with problem-solving skills.
