Role Overview We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to directly support the Managing Director. The primary responsibility will be to manage the Director’s calendar and oversee all travel bookings, ensuring seamless coordination of daily schedules and travel plans. Key Responsibilities Calendar Management: Manage the Director’s daily, weekly, and monthly calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal/external meetings. Travel Management: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, cars, itineraries, and visas for the Director. Office Calendar Coordination: Maintain office-wide calendars and support in scheduling company events or key meetings. Administrative Assistance: Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required by the Director. Professional Communication: Act as the point of contact on behalf of the Director for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business and personal information with discretion. Executive Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to ensure smooth functioning of the Director’s activities. Requirements Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/Arts or related field. 3–6 years of proven experience as an EA, PA, or executive support role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Confident personality with well-groomed appearance and strong professional etiquette.
