Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead visual ideation and execution for integrated campaigns across social media , digital platforms , and offline channels . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, content, and tech to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions. Create high-impact design systems, templates, and brand guidelines. Drive UI/UX thinking for websites, landing pages, and digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with brand narratives. Supervise and mentor junior designers and freelancers, ensuring output meets the creative vision and quality standards. Present design directions and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence. Maintain a pulse on industry trends, new tools, and design innovation to keep the creative work fresh and relevant. Balance multiple projects and timelines while maintaining attention to detail and overall design consistency. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of design experience, with at least 12 years in a leadership or senior creative role. Strong portfolio showcasing work across social media campaigns, 360-degree campaign ideation, and offline + online brand experiences. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy. Bachelor’s degree in applied art or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Knowledge of animation would be an added advantage. Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory. Experience working with content teams and developers in an agile environment is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both visual and verbal.
