Art and craft teacher

Role Purpose

To develop students’ creativity, drawing skills, and artistic expression through structured Art & Craft instruction aligned with FIITJEE Global School’s academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach drawing, sketching, colouring, painting, and craft activities appropriate to grade levels.
• Plan engaging lessons that encourage original thinking and creativity.
• Prepare students for school displays, exhibitions, competitions, and events.
• Maintain student art records, portfolios, and assessments.
• Ensure proper use and upkeep of art materials and classroom discipline.
• Support school functions through creative displays, charts, and decorations.
• Collaborate with teachers and coordinators for integrated activities.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts / Drawing / Painting / Art & Craft.
• Strong drawing background is mandatory.
• Teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may apply).

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in drawing, shading, colouring, and craft techniques.
• Creative, patient, and student-friendly approach.
• Good classroom management and organisational skills
