The Account Coordinator serves as the bridge between clients, recruiters, and internal teams. This individual will be responsible for managing job requisition flow, ensuring timely fulfillment of client needs, and coordinating the candidate submission and interview process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Open and manage new job requisitions in the CRM/ATS system. Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements. Communicate client needs, expectations, and feedback to the recruiting team. Monitor the progress of open requisitions and provide regular updates to clients. Manage the candidate submission and interview scheduling process. Collaborate with the onboarding team to facilitate smooth onboarding for placed candidates. Resolve issues that may arise during the recruitment and placement process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and applicant tracking systems for compliance and reporting. Assist with preparing candidate submittals, proofreading resumes, and ensuring client presentation standards. Post and update job listings across various job boards and online platforms. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in US staffing, recruiting coordination, account management support, or related role (experience in IT staffing highly preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with both clients and candidates. Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows and processes (job requisition intake, candidate submission, interview tracking, onboarding workflows). Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). High attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
