Female candidate do the calibration in the lab itself and also prepared the calibration reports lab itself. Male candidate do the calibration lab & site. Responsibilities Oversee and supervise day-to-day calibration operations to ensure adherence to protocols, standards, and procedures. Provide guidance and support to the team, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth workflow. Ensure the accuracy and precision of calibration results by closely monitoring calibration methodologies and equipment. Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to team members. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Manage laboratory resources, including equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of calibration results, procedures, and findings. Prepare and review reports, maintaining meticulous records of calibration processes. Ensure compliance with ISO17025:2017 standards and guidelines in all calibration processes.
