You should possess 5 to 10+ years of experience in Basic and Detail Engineering within Thermal Power Plant, Combined Cycle, and Supercritical Power plants. You must have extensive knowledge of Main Plant accessories and be skilled in understanding ITO inputs for Technical Proposals. Proficiency in P&ID preparation and review, including Device summary settings for Turbine and Generator Accessories Systems, is essential. Additionally, you should be capable of handling Product Cost out activities based on project requirements. Experience in creating and modifying P&ID and Device Summary (Instrumentation) using tools such as AVEVA DIAGRAM and AVEVA Engineering, with AutoCAD proficiency being an added advantage, is necessary. You should be adept at developing Plant layout drawings, General Arrangement Drawings, Technical Specifications, Data Sheets, Technical Bid Evaluation, and Commissioning spare parts lists. Expertise in Piping, Tubing, fittings, Valves, and Plant layout drawings is crucial. You must have experience in creating new Arrangement drawings and Bills of Materials aligned with P&ID Schematics, as well as preparing Ordering Specifications/Functional Specifications Modification Kits and FMI (Field Modification Instruction manuals). Demonstrated ownership and decision-making skills in design, considering cost, feasibility in manufacturing, and fabrication, are required. As an Engineer, you should have served as the primary interface with customers, ensuring the implementation of design requirements, changes, analysis, and verification. Planning, executing, and delivering tasks on time, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality, is a key responsibility. Excellent coordination skills with Cross-Functional Teams, including Customers, Suppliers, Configuration Team, and Electrical Team, are essential.
