Collecting information and documents to be entered into the system Inputting data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data Verifying and correcting data where necessary Transferring data from paper formats into digital files or database systems Performing clerical tasks as needed, such as filing and photocopying Accurately enter and update data into the appropriate system Verify data by comparing it to source documents Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation Sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data Process incoming and outgoing inventory transactions, ensuring all data is accurately recorded in our inventory management system. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate smooth operations and timely deliveries. Generate inventory reports and provide insights on stock movement trends to support decision-making. Participate in regular inventory audits and assist in developing best practices to optimize inventory accuracy. Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role. Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred: Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management systems. Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
