We are seeking a passionate and persuasive Admission Counsellor to guide walk-in and inquiry students about our skill development programs. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping students understand the benefits of joining Aroma Institute and converting inquiries into confirmed admissions. Key Responsibilities: Greet and counsel walk-in students and their parents professionally. Explain various skill development courses offered by Aroma Academy (e.g., Culinary, Beauty, Caregiving, Computer, etc.) Clearly communicate the career benefits, internship opportunities, job placements, and certifications associated with each course. Maintain follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails for interested students. Maintain proper records of inquiries, leads, and admissions. Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for updates and support. Assist in organizing student orientation and open house events. Provide regular admission status reports to the management. Desired Skills & Qualities: Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi, Punjabi, and English preferred) Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality Customer service or counselling experience is a plus Basic computer and data entry skills Target-oriented and self-motivated Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any field Prior experience in counselling or admissions will be an advantage Why Join Us?
