Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational institution. The teacher will plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences, ensuring that students are engaged and achieving their academic goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Deliver engaging and interactive instruction across various subjects. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and other tools. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents. Maintain accurate records of students progress and attendance. Encourage student participation and facilitate discussion. Support individual students to help them achieve their potential. Coordinate with other teachers, staff, and parents to support students' holistic development. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of students under your supervision.
