Roles & Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during procedures, including restorative, surgical, and preventive treatments. Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment. Maintain proper infection control and hygiene protocols. Manage patient records and assist with patient chairside comfort. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices as directed by the dentist. Ensure smooth workflow between dental procedures and front-office coordination. Monitor dental materials inventory and restock as needed.
