Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Worker located in Lakhandur. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in the community, conducting assessments, and developing and implementing intervention plans. The role involves working closely with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to coordinate services and resources. The Social Worker will advocate for clients' needs, provide counseling, and connect clients with appropriate resources and services. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in conducting assessments and developing intervention plans Counseling and advocacy skills Knowledge of community resources and services Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and community organizations Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Experience in social work or a related field is preferred
