Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based in Morbi, Gujarat, India. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Day-to-day tasks include recording and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices, processing payroll, conducting audits, and preparing tax returns. The role also involves generating financial reports and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Bookkeeping Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll Processing, and Tax Preparation Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations Excellent Analytical skills and Attention to detail Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus Prior experience in the chemicals industry is advantageous
