As an architect or interior designer with experience in AutoCAD, BIM, and working with outsourcing clients, you will be joining Arkscape, a company based in Faridabad, Haryana. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with global clients from the US, UK, and Middle East on residential and commercial interior design projects. - Developing detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and BIM tools. - Coordinating with architects, consultants, and production teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality design documentation. - Adapting to various international design standards and client preferences. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience, preferably with international or outsourcing firms. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit preferred), and Adobe Suite. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Additionally, it would be a plus if you: - Have experience working with remote teams or offshore studios. - Are familiar with US, UK, and Middle Eastern building codes and design preferences. - Can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
