Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Lucknow. The Architect will be responsible for designing and drafting architectural plans, collaborating with clients to understand their vision, and overseeing the implementation of projects. Daily tasks include site analysis, developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with contractors and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects. The Architect will also be involved in reviewing project progress and making necessary adjustments to meet design and sustainability standards. Qualifications Proficiency in architectural design and drafting Experience with site analysis and developing design concepts Strong skills in preparing detailed drawings and plans Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members Knowledge of sustainable design practices Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience in project management is a plus
