Overview We are looking for talented and passionate engineers to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidates will bring expertise across front-end engineering, full stack development, and technical leadership. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications with exceptional performance, security, and user experience. Our team structure includes: 1 Front-End Lead to drive architecture, technology stack, and technical leadership. 2 Full Stack Developers – to deliver robust backend services and integrate them seamlessly with front-end applications. 4 Front-End Engineers – to build high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Leadership (Lead Role) Lead architecture design considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Define technology stack, frameworks, and tools for both front-end and back-end. Mentor and coach team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Drive architectural discussions, evaluate new technologies, and make informed technical decisions. Collaborate with project managers on timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Full Stack & Back-End Development Design and develop APIs, web services, and RESTful endpoints. Build backend solutions using Java Spring Boot and integrate with front-end systems. Ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. Front-End Development Convert provided designs/wireframes into high-quality web pages. Build mobile-first, responsive UIs following WCAG 2.x accessibility standards . Develop using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS , and frameworks like Angular or React . Apply styling with SASS/SCSS, LESS , and frameworks like Bootstrap/Tailwind . Implement unit testing (Jest, Karma, Jasmine) and server-side rendering. Integrate APIs, sockets, and other data exchange mechanisms. DevOps & CI/CD Work with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure ) and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes . Collaborate with DevOps to design deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation. Required Qualifications Lead Role: 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture. Full Stack Developer: 3+ years of experience in full stack development. Front-End Engineer: 2+ years of experience in front-end development. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Must Have Skills Core Technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS. Front-End Frameworks: Angular & react. Backend Development: Java Spring Boot API development. UI Development: PWA, responsive design, web accessibility compliance. State Management: RxJS, NgRx/Redux. Version Control: Git (expert in commands and workflows). Architecture: MVC, MVP, MVVM, event-driven, serverless. API/Microservices: RESTful design, service-oriented architecture. DevOps: Cloud platforms (Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Nice to Have Airline/Aviation industry experience. Hybrid app development. SEO knowledge. Azure DevOps expertise. CI/CD implementation experience. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Passion for staying updated with latest technologies and best practices.
