We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of end user technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the deployment of various technologies, including: AV Implementation Conference rooms, Workpoints, Caf/All-Hands space etc Device provisioning – Laptops, VDIs, Peripherals Mobility – iPhones, iPads, Tangoe provisioning process Printers Collaboration technologies (MS Teams, M365 Apps, Enterprise Voice) IVR & Contact Centers Service Desk Technology support services (AV, devices, DEAT, EVIP) Service-Dependent Infrastructure that supports device imaging, device backups etc Key Responsibilities: Provide oversight for the delivery of the services in scope. Partner with DTI program & project manager to maintain project schedules Monitor project progress, identify schedule conflicts and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Create project status reports Document meeting notes Capture business user requirements Maintain RAID log and follow-up on items until completion Regularly communicate with stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and plans for resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Utilize Agile Program Management skills to drive the assigned product teams as required Schedule and conduct Scrum of Scrum/Project Meetings Run all Agile/Scrum Ceremonies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology implementation projects. Strong knowledge of IT systems is necessary. Knowledge of end user technologies in scope is a plus Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Proficiency in data consolidation and report generation.
