We are expanding our B2B outreach and looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with potential leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into valuable clients. Make outbound calls to provided B2B leads and prospects. Introduce Arika’s digital marketing & IT services and explain value propositions. Generate interest, schedule meetings/demos with the sales team. Maintain a database of calls and update CRM with lead status. Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships until conversion. Work closely with the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly targets. Handle objections professionally and build trust with potential clients. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role (B2B experience preferred). Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English required, additional languages a plus). Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated. Basic knowledge of digital marketing services like SEO, social media, ads, etc. (training will be provided). Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate lead records.
