Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and evaluate fit for open positions. Ensure timely joining formalities are completed by new employees. Maintain accurate records of employee engagement activities. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in HR administration or related field. Strong understanding of generalistic HR activities such as coordination, operations, payroll management, etc. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
