We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts in the mobile app development sector. Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Noida Extension Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for Argosmob’s mobile app development services. This role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mobile app development sales and experience as a Team Lead, with a strong understanding of the technology and market trends in the mobile app industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals in the mobile app development sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 2 years as a Team Lead in mobile app development sales, with a total of 5+ years in sales within the technology or mobile app development industry. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required). Skills : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in mobile app development. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of mobile app development processes, technologies, and market trends. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Attributes : Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to align sales strategies with technical capabilities. Knowledge of emerging mobile technologies (e.g., AI, AR/VR, IoT) and their applications in app development. Established network of contacts in industries such as healthcare, finance, or e-commerce.
