Role & responsibilities Service Advising & Parts Sale o Service Customers Walk-in / Phone / Internet request handling o Handover the vehicle to Service Technicians o Over Counter Parts Sale o Billing & Collection o CRM & Reporting Warranty Management o Warranty Claims o Supplier Management o Sub-Dealer Support Spare Parts Store Management o Inventory o Purchase Management o Sale Management Reports & Documentation o Generate Periodic & adhoc reports for dealership management. o Maintain Records Success Matrix (Key Performance Areas) o Customer Experience & Satisfaction o Revenue o Service Quality o Operational Excellence Preferred candidate profile / Qualifications Automobile Reception or Service Center Advisor Experience of 1 year minimum Excellent Verbal Skill in Marathi Fast in use of Mobile Applications Good Operational Knowledge of Computer & Excel Software must Ability to Perform in High pressure, Fast Moving, Customer Facing Environment Should be able to Drive 2wheeler & should carry atleast a learners License.
