Perform routine chemical and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished food products. Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance. Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI). Document test results and assist in quality audits and inspections. Monitor shelf-life studies, food additives, preservatives, and contaminants. Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues. Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for lead generation, sales follow-up, and feedback. Explain product details, features to customers. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert leads into sales opportunities. Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order processing and deliveries. Freshers can apply.
