BTL Plan and execute local marketing events, loan melas, housing society activations, kiosk setups, etc. Distribute and install marketing collaterals at strategic locations in the branch catchment area Manage vendor coordination for field-level execution as needed. Execute Marketing BTL activities near branches, catchment areas on a daily and weekly basis. Branch Branding & Collateral Management Ensure consistent branding across all branches (signages, posters, standees, etc.). Conduct regular collateral audits and replenish marketing materials by traveling to branches. Maintain inventory and usage records for all marketing collaterals. Coordination & Planning Work closely with Branch Managers to identify local marketing opportunities. Share weekly activity plans and post-activity reports with the central marketing team. Gather insights from the field to recommend hyperlocal campaigns or improvements.
