Job Purpose
This position is open with a leading financial services company.Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieving and exceeding business goals and targets for Gold Loans business.
  • Creating a strong and compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
  • Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals within the geographical area, exploring new markets, and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities.
  • Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment, and providing feedback and suggestions to senior management.
  • Ensuring implementation of promotional plans and contests, and suggesting new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
  • Recruiting and retaining high performers.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Effectively engaging Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.
  • Team management and grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets.
  • Managing distribution through dealer relations and servicing the dealers and their concerns in an appropriate manner.
  • Managing the delinquency of the business sourced to ensure the health of the portfolio.
  • Ensuring 100% collections.

  • Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Graduation with 4 to 6 years and MBA with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
  • Strong analytical s to drive channel performance and profitability.
  • Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • People and relationship management s.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation s.
