Area HR, Upper North & Chandigarh

As an Area HR at our organization, you will be responsible for various key result areas to ensure effective human resource management in the Retail sector. Your role will be based in Chandigarh and requires a minimum qualification of a Post Graduate degree along with 1-4 years of relevant experience. Your main focus areas will include financial management, customer relations, internal processes, and learning & growth initiatives. In terms of financial responsibilities, you will be in charge of controlling manpower costs, maintaining a percentage of salary to NSV, capping entry-level salary costs, reducing consulting expenses, sourcing talent internally, and overall cost control measures. In the customer domain, you will need to avoid external hiring for Store Managers and Asst. Store Managers by nurturing internal talent, identifying potential employees for promotions, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, and creating action plans based on feedback to enhance employee engagement. Internal processes will involve managing quarterly appraisals, recruitment processes, onboarding activities, HR promises fulfillment, timely salary disbursements, performance evaluations, F&F closures, attrition control, and career management strategies. Moreover, your focus on learning and growth will require you to invest time in personal development, learning new skills, and handling cross-functional projects to enhance your professional growth within the organization.
