Job Description

As a Retail HR Manager, you will be responsible for various key result areas to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department. Your role will involve: - **Financial:** - Controlling manpower costs and maintaining a percentage of salary to Net Sales Value (NSV). - Keeping a cap on the salary cost of entry-level employees. - Reducing consulting costs and sourcing people in-house to control overall costs. - **Customer:** - Avoiding external hiring of Store Managers and Asst. Store Managers to develop internal talent. - Identifying potential employees and providing training for higher promotions. - Conducting Employee Satisfaction surveys and formulating action plans based on feedback to enhance employee engagement. - **Internal Processes:** - Implementing a Quarterly Appraisal System with timely feedback. - Managing the recruitment process from job requirements to onboarding under Adecco. - Ensuring HR promises are kept, providing necessary documents on time, and managing performance approvals promptly. - Focusing on career management and controlling attrition within the organization. - **Learning and Growth:** - Investing time in personal growth and development. - Learning and implementing new strategies. - Handling at least one cross-functional project to enhance your skills and contribute to the company's growth. You should be a Graduate or above with 3-6 years of experience in Retail HR and Employee Grievance handling. Being flexible to travel will be an advantage in this role.
