Department: Agency Business Partner Channel Designation: Associate Area Business Manager/Area Business Manager Qualification: Graduation is Mandatory CTC: 3.75 Lpa to 5 Lpa For (AABM) & 5 Lpa to 6 Lpa For (ABM) Age: 24 to 45 Years Work Experience: 1.5 to 5 Years (Experience in Life Insurance is Mandatory) Skills: Good Communication, Team Handling, Life Insurance Experience, Sales, Customer Handling Location: Amravati, Nanded, Mumbai(Thane, Dombivali, Panvel, Mira Road, Virar, Bhiwandi), Ratnagiri, Solapur, Baramati. Role & Responsibilities: Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of part time employees (PTE) who will be called Financial Consultants (FC). Training, motivating and driving this Partners to recruit Advisors (agents) and sell insurance through them. Ensuring quality to business and welfare and persistency. Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions. Providing pre and post sales service support. Making the FCs & Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity.
