Area Assistant Manager/ Area Manager

As an Assistant Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing the designated areas in Cochin, Belgaum, Jaipur, Raipur, Vijayawada, and Mangalore. Your primary role will involve overseeing wealth sales operations and ensuring the achievement of set targets. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 4-6 years of wealth sales experience background from Wealth Management companies, Banks, NBFCs, and Broking companies in wealth management & financial planning to drive sales in the designated areas. - Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to help them meet their targets. - Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and expand the customer base. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and take corrective actions. - Collaborate with the Zone Head to align strategies and ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Required: - Age below 33 years. - CTC of 5-7.5 LPA (Fixed variable incentive). - Maximum notice period of 1-2 months. - Local preference will be given to candidates from the same city.
