As a Network Traffic Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for analyzing network traffic and implementing firewall rules. Your expertise in firewall technologies and infrastructure management will be crucial in ensuring efficient network segmentation and traffic analysis. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and technical competence. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze network traffic to draft and implement firewall rules, such as Privileged Access and service-to-service traffic. - Manage firewall changes in alignment with service modifications, evergreening, and interface additions. - Enforce firewall rule implementation during service maintenance windows. - Develop rules for DR servers and unseen traffic patterns. - Identify global/local common services and establish corresponding firewall rules. - Produce firewall reports and assist ITSO/Delegates with reviews and walkthroughs. - Provide support to ITSO and delegate queries through calls, emails, and chats for accurate rule configuration. - Monitor and update rules for local common services. - Deploy Illumio VENs, analyze installation logs, and troubleshoot failures. - Define rules for inbound/outbound traffic and validate rules for dependent surrounding services. As a ServiceNow Administrator & Platform Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the overall administration of the ServiceNow platform as well as building complex technical solutions within the system. Your duties will include reviewing technical solutions for ITSM, HRSD, CSM & Procurement applications on the ServiceNow Platform. You will gather requirements from Business Owners and develop fast, efficient, and large-scale solutions. Additionally, you will assess architecture and solution designs to support Kenvue objectives while aligning with ServiceNow implementation best practices. Your role will involve performing quick POCs to showcase new features to business owners and expedite the transition from design to development.
