Role & responsibilities Main responsibility includes design development while concentrating on completion of projects during the set time frame. (Main person for delivery & site execution of projects.) Execute the project design, construction details and managing issues on site. (ie get working drawing, submission drawing, detailed drawing, estimation/casting, bill certification and all related work done by the team.) Client and consultant co-ordination for detail design development. Report any discrepancies, adversities, problems arising on site or with client/consultants coordination to Associate and resolve them collectively. Prepare 'good for construction' drawing sets with co-ordination with team members. Undertake site visits regularly. Assist the Project Incharge/Associate in inculcating design awareness and design culture in the team In absence of Project Incharge maintain communication links between the team and others like (Liaison, Client/ Consultant, Lead Director/ Associate ) Maintain same level of communication with other Sr. Architects and other team members Undertake day to day duties required under ISO standards and MIS systems Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally Use company resources in a responsible manner Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines and targets Attend regular training sessions and apply the gained knowledge Preferred candidate profile Excellent CAD & Design skills Experience in Designing & coordinating executing large scale Projects Keen attention to detail Good managerial skills Good people's skills (being patient,understanding, humane, good listener and team player) Experience of being active part in communication channels within the organization and with clients and external agencies Eager to learn and develop new skills Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality and sincerity Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success
