2D Architectural Draftsman

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop precise and comprehensive

  2D architectural

  and

  shop drawings

  using

  AutoCAD

  , aligned with project specifications and international standards.
• Provide technical

  leadership

  and

  mentorship

  to

  junior draftsmen

  , ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate effectively with

  architects

  ,

  structural engineers

  ,

  MEP consultants

  , and other

  stakeholders

  to ensure seamless design coordination and eliminate clashes.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance checks,

  manage

  drawing revisions, and maintain version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with project

  to clarify design requirements,

  address

  technical queries, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Ensure full compliance with

  international codes

  and

  drawing standards

  , including ISO 10209-1:1992 and ISO 128-1:2020, as well as

• Continuously evaluate and enhance drafting workflows, integrating new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and output quality.

Technical Expertise
