Architectural Draftsperson

As an Architectural Draftsperson at our company, you will play a crucial role in producing detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD. You will collaborate closely with architects and designers to transform concepts into accurate and buildable plans and documentation. Your attention to detail and proficiency in architectural detailing will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create precise architectural and interior drawings utilizing AutoCAD - Generate construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings - Interpret architectural concepts, sketches, and design briefs effectively - Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure completeness and accuracy - Revise drawings based on feedback and markups provided - Uphold drawing standards and maintain project files in an organized manner **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a draftsperson in architectural or interior design - Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, familiarity with other design software is advantageous - Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and interior fit-out drawings - Ability to comprehend and interpret architectural and construction drawings - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and organizational skills If you have a Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related fields, experience with local building codes and construction practices, and proficiency in 3D modeling software like SketchUp or Revit, it would be considered a plus.
