Role & responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, drawings, and layouts for real estate projects, ensuring compliance with local building regulations and BBMP norms.

Lead the preparation of detailed plans, specifications, and construction documents.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.

Stay updated with the latest trends, codes, and technologies in architecture and real estate.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
3+ years of hands-on experience in architectural design, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of BBMP regulations and local building codes.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent understanding of construction processes and materials.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
