Architectural Designer

Role & responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings including concept, schematic, GFC, and working drawings

• Develop 2D drawings and 3D models as per project requirements
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Assist in design development and space planning
• Conduct site visits and support execution as per drawings
• Ensure compliance with local building by-laws and regulations
• Prepare presentation drawings and client submissions
• Review drawings for accuracy and quality before issuance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an architectural firm
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / Lumion / Photoshop (preferred)
• Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and detailing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• Residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Client handling and consultant coordination
• Site execution knowledge
