Job Summary

Senior Architect Designer

Key Responsibilities

Develop
conceptual and schematic designs
for commercial and residential projects.
Prepare
design presentations
, mood boards, and architectural concepts aligned with client requirements.
Translate design intent into
schematic drawings and design development packages
.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and quality.
Review client inputs and project briefs, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
Ensure designs comply with applicable
international standards and project guidelines
(US/UK/Gulf).
Support project teams during design coordination and approval stages.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Architecture
.
4+ years
of professional experience in architectural design roles. .
Strong project experience in
commercial and residential developments
.
Exposure to
US, UK, or Gulf projects
is mandatory.
