Architectural Designer ( 1-3YRS)

We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Architectural Designer to join our real estate development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing functional, sustainable, and visually appealing residential and commercial spaces that align with our project vision and brand standards. This role involves concept development, working drawings, 3D visualization, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D models for internal and client approvals
• Coordinate design inputs with project teams, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and real estate standards
• Support site feasibility analysis with zoning, FAR, and layout studies
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for visualizations, brochures, and walkthroughs
• Assist in material selection, interior layouts, and façade treatments
• Regularly visit project sites to ensure design execution aligns with drawings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate development
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of local bylaws, zoning regulations, and building codes
• Excellent design, visualization, and presentation
