Architectural and Interior Draughtsman

As an Architectural and Interior Draughtsman specializing in authority submission drawings, you will be responsible for preparing technical plans that comply with local building regulations. Your role will involve ensuring that all drawings meet the necessary requirements for approval by municipal and regulatory authorities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed 2D and 3D architectural and interior drawings. - Creating submission drawings in accordance with local authority guidelines. - Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. - Revising and updating drawings based on feedback from authorities. - Coordinating with architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies. - Maintaining accurate documentation for approval processes.
