Architectural 3D Modeling

As an Architectural 3D Modeling artist at our company based in Faridabad, your role will involve developing detailed 3D models of architectural projects, both interior and exterior. You will be expected to use software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or Blender to create these models. Applying realistic textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the visual quality of the models will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be creating still renders, models, and walkthroughs for client presentations and marketing purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed 3D models of architectural projects (interior and exterior) using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or Blender. - Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to models for high-quality visual output. - Create still renders, models, and walkthroughs for client presentations and marketing purposes. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in 3D architectural modeling and rendering. - Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, Revit, or Blender. - Strong skills in texturing, lighting, and post-production (Photoshop or similar). - Good understanding of architectural detailing, design principles, and spatial awareness. - Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
