We are looking for talented architects to join our team at BASICS Architects in our New Delhi Studio. As one of India's leading Architecture, Planning & Interior Design firms, we have a strong focus on creating Designs That Deliver across various segments including Commercial, Residential, Educational, and Hospitality projects. Since our establishment in 2004, we have successfully completed over 100 projects in 28 cities globally. As an architect at BASICS, you will have the opportunity to work in a prestigious design firm known for its iconic and sustainable built environments. In this role, you will lead projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to shaping the architectural landscape with your expertise and vision. We are currently hiring for the following positions: - Senior Architects with a minimum experience of 5 years - Project Architects with 3-5 years of experience - Junior Architects with 0-2 years of experience To be considered for these positions, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Additionally, you should have experience in architectural practice with a focus on design relevant to the position applied for. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent is required. For Project & Senior Architects, the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently is essential. We are looking for individuals with strong conceptual and design skills showcased through a robust portfolio of completed projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the ability to creatively and efficiently solve complex problems. Experience with sustainable design principles is highly valued.
