Architect/Principal Architect

Role Overview: As a Senior Architect at AECOM, you will be part of the Architecture team in India, contributing to impactful marine infrastructure projects across global offices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your technical expertise within a supportive and high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations - Preparing specifications, reports, and related data tables - Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups - Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required - Independently performing advanced technical assignments under the direction of the Supervising Architect - Coordinating technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines - Reviewing and approving conceptual designs - Assisting in the development of new architectural methods and techniques Qualifications: - Bachelor of Architecture degree is required - 5-15 years of experience in Architecture - Experience in Middle East/US/UK is desirable but not essential - Good communication skills and ability to work independently - Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other related design software - Basic transport architecture experience and previous work in Workplace interiors Please note that AECOM follows a Freedom to Grow hybrid working philosophy, which supports a culture of flexibility, trust, and performance within the company.
