Architect/Draftsman/Interior designer/Planner

As an Interior Designer, Planner, Architect, or Draftsman at Conarch Builders and Consultants, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative and sustainable design solutions for a variety of residential, commercial, and institutional projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring projects from concept to execution, ensuring that design outputs meet client expectations and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural and interior design concepts, plans, and presentations. - Create detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD. - Build 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp and render in Lumion. - Assist in space planning, material selection, and design detailing. - Collaborate with senior architects and project managers throughout the design process. - Conduct site visits for measurements, verifications, and inspections. Required Skills: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion. - Strong understanding of design principles and architectural detailing. - Ability to interpret client requirements into functional and aesthetic designs. - Good communication and team collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and effective time management. Preferred Qualifications: - Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. - 1 to 1.5 years of relevant professional experience in a design or architectural firm. - Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects is a plus.
