As a Front End Lead/Architect at Evergent, you will play a crucial role in developing efficient Front End layers using React.js workflows. Your responsibility includes ensuring the robustness and ease of maintenance of applications, while collaborating with the team to deliver sophisticated design and high-quality products. You will be involved in architecting large-scale Enterprise application Front End layers with a focus on maintainability, reusability, performance, and security. Your role will also entail developing new user-facing features, building reusable components, and translating designs into high-quality code. Optimizing components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers is essential, along with leading a team of React JS developers. Primary skills required for this role include proficiency in React JS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, SASS, and TypeScript. You should excel in developing user-facing features, architecting efficient front-end systems, identifying performance issues, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Thorough understanding of React.js, popular workflows like Flux or Redux, and modern front-end build pipelines is crucial. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years of mandatory experience in React JS development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS 3, and knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms are necessary. Familiarity with front-end development tools and code versioning tools, along with the ability to write clean, well-documented JavaScript code, are key requirements. Understanding of REST APIs, offline storage, and debugging dependency conflicts is also expected.
